Keto Taco Kebabs are so much fun! We took the classic flavors of a taco and combined them with the amazing concept of a kebab.
The result is absolute perfection. And a really fun and unique way of enjoying all the flavors of a taco without all the carbs!

Who Needs A Carb-Filled Taco Shell When you Have a Stick?!
That's right - kebabs are essentially the perfect keto food because they are meats cooked on a skewer!
No need for a bun or piece of bread to keep it all together.
For this recipe, out Keto Taco Kebabs are made with a mixture of ground beef and pork mixed together with onion, garlic, salsa, and Mexican spices.
After the taco meat mixture is combined, we then pack it around the wooden kebab skewers using about 1/4 cup of the meat mixture for each skewer.

Grilling the Keto Taco Kebabs
When your kebabs are ready, all you need to do is grill them.
Heat your grill or grill pan to high and spray it with cooking spray to prevent sticking.
Grill the kebabs for 3-4 minutes on each side rotating all the way.

Make the Spicy Cheese Sauce
We are topping these Keto Taco Kebabs with a spicy cheese sauce.
To make the sauce, add all the ingredients into a small saucepan. Heat the sauce over medium-low heat.
Stir the mixture until the cheese is melted and everything is combined.
Remove from heat and drizzle the sauce over the cooked kebabs. Or you can pour it into a bowl and use as a dipping sauce.

Keto Taco Kebabs
Ingredients
For the Kebabs
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 lb. ground pork
- 1 yellow onion grated
- 2 scallions
- 1/4 cup fresh salsa
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1 teaspoon All Purpose Seasoning
- 1 1/2 tablespoons cumin
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
For the Cheese Sauce
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar
- 3 oz. cream cheese
- 2 tablespoons almond milk
- 1 teaspoon Sriracha
Instructions
For the Kebabs
- Soak the skewers in water for at least 15 minutes.
- Heat your grill or grill pan to high and spray with cooking spray to prevent sticking.
- Combine all the ingredients in a bowl.
- Form a meat mixture around the skewers by packing the meat together.
- Grill the kebabs for 3-4 minutes on each side rotating all the way.
For the Cheese Sauce
- Put all the ingredients in small saucepan and heat over medium-low heat.
- Stir until the cheese is melted and everything is combined.
- Remove the saucepan from heat and drizzle the sauce over kebabs or use as a dipping sauce.
- Garnish the kebabs with extra sour cream, sriracha, cilantro, and limes.
