- 1 1/2 cups heavy cream
- 4 oz cream cheese
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese plus 2 tablespoons for extra garnish
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 1/2 teaspoons fresh rosemary chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 head Cauliflower cut into florets
- 1 small Onion thinly sliced
Preheat your oven to 350°F.
In a large pot over medium-low heat, combine the heavy cream and cream cheese.
Add in the Parmesan and mozzarella cheese and stir until melted.
Add in the rosemary, salt, and pepper.
Gently add the cauliflower florets and onion slices into the sauce and toss to coat.
Transfer to a 8" x 11" baking dish and sprinkle on the extra 2 tablespoons of grated Parmesan cheese.
Cover with foil and bake for about 25 minutes.
Remove the foil and turn the heat up to 400°F.
Bake uncovered for 5-10 more minutes or until the top starts to turn golden brown.
Serve while hot.
