Ingredients

For the Brussels Sprouts

  • 1 lb. of Brussels sprouts or roughly 4 cups cut in half
  • 8 slices of cooked bacon chopped
  • 2 tablespoons avocado oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • sprinkle of black pepper
  • 1/4 cup Sweet Maple Horseradish Awesome Sauce recipe below

For the Sweet Maple Horseradish Awesome Sauce

  • 2 tablespoons prepared horseradish
  • 2 tablespoons Primal Kitchen Chipotle Mayo
  • 4 tablespoons of Primal Kitchen BBQ Sauce

Instructions

For the Brussels Sprouts

  • Heat your oven to 375°F.
  • Mix the Brussels sprouts, bacon, avocado oil, salt, and pepper on a baking sheet.
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes until the outsides of the sprouts start to turn a dark golden brown, toss the mixture halfway during cooking.
  • Remove from the oven and mix in the Sweet Maple Horseradish Awesome Sauce.

For the Sweet Maple Horseradish Awesome Sauce

  • Mix all the ingredients together in bowl.
