Ingredients

For the Chicken Thighs

  • 10 chicken thighs patted dry
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/2 cup Buffalo Sauce recipe below

For the Buffalo Sauce

  • 2/3 cup hot pepper sauce we use Frank’s Red Hot
  • 1 stick butter grass-fed
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika

Instructions

For the Chicken Thighs

  • Heat oven to 375°F .
  • In a small bowl, mix the baking powder, salt, pepper, and paprika.
  • Sprinkle the seasoning mix on all sides of the chicken.
  • Place the seasoned chicken thighs on a baking sheet and bake for about 35-40 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165°F.
  • Next, turn the oven to broil. Broil the thighs for another 3-5 minutes or until skin is browned and crisped.

For the Buffalo Sauce

  • Heat all ingredients together in a saucepan and whisk together until combined.
  • Brush the buffalo sauce on top of baked chicken thighs and garnish with a little blue cheese (optional).
