Keto French Toast
Our Keto French Toast is breakfast decadence at it’s finest! This breakfast staple features warm notes of cinnamon throughout every component. We then top it off with some berries, sugar-free syrup, and confectioners sweetener. This french toast is keto, low-carb, grain-free, and gluten-free.

For the French Toast Loaf
- 8 oz. softened cream cheese
- 4 tablespoons softened butter
- 8 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- Optional Garnishes: berries sugar-free syrup, and confectioner erythritol
For the Egg Coating
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup almond milk
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon coconut flour
For the Almond Meal Crust
- 1 cup almond meal
- 1/2 cup granular erythritol
- 1 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon
For the French Toast Loaf
Heat your oven to 350°F and line a loaf pan with parchment paper.
Mix all the ingredients together in a medium bowl.
Pour the egg mixture into a loaf pan and bake for 40-45 minutes or until the top turns golden brown and the inside is set.
Once cooled slightly, cut the loaf into slices.
Set the slices aside and move onto preparing the egg coating and almond meal crust.
For the Egg Coating
Mix all the ingredients together in shallow dish.
Dip the egg loaf slices into the egg coating, then dredge them in the Almond Meal Crust Mixture (see below).
For the Almond Meal Crust
Mix all ingredients in shallow bowl.
After the egg loaf slices have been dipped into the egg mixture, dredge them in the almond meal crust mixture and place them on a plate.
Heat a large skillet over medium heat.
Melt a tablespoon of butter in the skillet.
Cook the coated french toast slices on all sides until they are golden brown.
Garnish the french toast with berries, sugar-free syrup, and confectioner erythritol.
