As Global Heath Coach and Ketogenic Expert for Women, Karissa has been living the Clean Keto Lifestyle and helping others live it too for almost a decade with her proprietary keto coaching programs, courses, and meal plans.

Karissa found the ketogenic diet during her struggle with a debilitating autoimmune disease and has taken everything that she has learned through her own health journey and made it her mission to help others.

Karissa is also a best-selling author of the book Clean Keto Lifestyle. What makes her method different from all of the other keto programs out there is that she is all about putting health first and foremost! She focuses on doing the ketogenic diet the right way with a menu full of fresh, clean, nutrient-dense fats, proteins and vegetables AND 100% FREE of processed foods and artificial ingredients.

Katie is an executive chef and recipe extraordinaire, who has taken her incredible skills in the kitchen and parlayed them into her passion for living a keto lifestyle. 

Katie's passion is to share her LOVE of cooking and creating recipes with others. Katie found the ketogenic diet when she was suffering from multiple autoimmune diseases including, Hashimoto's, Thyroiditis, Postural Orthostatic Tachycardic Syndrome, and Ankylosing Spondylitis.  Her worst symptoms were fatigue, heart palpitations, and arthritis. Since implementing the keto way of life, Katie’s symptoms have greatly improved. Once her body started producing ketones, her life completely changed! 

After years of trying other methods and protocols in an attempt to heal her body, the ketogenic was the FIRST thing that actually worked! She found that ridding her body of sugars and embracing nutritious fats and vegetables were the key to her success.

Heart palpitations – GONE! Fatigue – GONE!  Arthritis – MUCH IMPROVED!
