Keto Old Bay Chicken Wings

For the Homemade Old Bay Seasoning
- 2 tablespoons celery salt
- 4 teaspoons paprika
- 2 teaspoons ground mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon Allspice
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
For the Wings
- 40 chicken wings
- 1/4 cup Homemade Old Bay Seasoning from above
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
For the Sauce
- 1/4 cup grass-fed butter
- 1 teaspoon Homemade Old Bay Seasoning from above
- 2 teaspoons hot pepper sauce we use Frank’s Red Hot

For the Wings
Heat oven to 400°F.
Pat the wings dry with paper towels.
Spread the wings out on a baking sheet.
Mix 1/4 cup of the Homemade Old Bay seasoning with the salt and baking powder in small bowl and sprinkle evenly over the wings making sure to coat all sides of the wings rubbing the seasoning in gently.
Bake the wings for 12 minutes, then flip and bake for about another 8 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
For the Sauce
While the wings are baking, melt the butter in a saucepan over medium heat.
Stir in the remaining Homemade Old Bay Seasoning and cayenne pepper sauce.
Pour the butter mixture evenly over the fully cooked wings, toss, and bake again for 2-3 minutes.
