Chicken Wings or Chicken Nuggets
What if you aren't a fan of all the bones in chicken wings? If that's true, you can make keto chicken nuggets with this recipe too.
Buy boneless chicken thighs. Then, chop them into nugget-sized pieces.
Follow all the same directions.
We love chicken thighs because they have a higher fat content and therefore more flavor than lean, white breast meat. Plus, more healthy fats are great for keto!

Can You Make These In the Air Fryer?
We baked the wings in the oven. But if you have an air fryer, it will work too, it will just take a bit longer because you will need to make them in batches. Here's how to make them in the air fryer:
- Follow all the same directions, up until the step where you bake them.
- Lay them in a single layer in the basket of the air fryer. Do not stack them.
- Set the air fryer to 380°F.
- Air fry for 20 minutes, shaking the basket every 5 minutes or so.
- After 20 minutes, turn it up to 400°F.
- Air fry for about 5-10 minutes longer.
- Remove when chicken is fully cooked with an internal temperature of 165°F.

Chicken Wings Tutorial
Here are the step-by-step instructions on making the perfect chicken wings.
First, make your Homemade Old Bay Seasoning by combining all the spices together in a small bowl and then heat your oven to 400°F.
Next and most important - pat your wings dry with paper towels. Make sure to dry all sides of the wings.

Spread the wings out on a baking sheet and mix 1/4 cup of the Homemade Old Bay Seasoning with salt and baking powder in small bowl.
Sprinkle the spice mixture evenly over the wings making sure to coat all sides of the wings rubbing the seasoning in gently.

Once all the wings are fully coated, transfer them to the oven to bake.

Bake the wings for 12 minutes, then flip and bake for about another 8 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
While the wings are baking, make the wings sauce buy melting butter in a pan over medium heat. Stir in the remaining Homemade Old Bay Seasoning and add some hot pepper sauce.
Pour the butter sauce evenly over the fully cooked wings, toss, and bake again for 2-3 minutes.
Serve and enjoy!!

Ingredients
For the Homemade Old Bay Seasoning
- 2 tablespoons celery salt
- 4 teaspoons paprika
- 2 teaspoons ground mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon Allspice
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
For the Wings
- 40 chicken wings
- 1/4 cup Homemade Old Bay Seasoning from above
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
For the Sauce
- 1/4 cup grass-fed butter
- 1 teaspoon Homemade Old Bay Seasoning from above
- 2 teaspoons hot pepper sauce we use Frank’s Red Hot
Instructions
For the Homemade Old Bay Seasoning
- Combine all the spices together in a small bowl.
For the Wings
