For the Kebabs
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 lb. ground pork
- 1 yellow onion grated
- 2 scallions
- 1/4 cup fresh salsa
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1 teaspoon All Purpose Seasoning
- 1 1/2 tablespoons cumin
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
For the Cheese Sauce
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar
- 3 oz. cream cheese
- 2 tablespoons almond milk
- 1 teaspoon Sriracha
For the Kebabs
Soak the skewers in water for at least 15 minutes.
Heat your grill or grill pan to high and spray with cooking spray to prevent sticking.
Combine all the ingredients in a bowl.
Form a meat mixture around the skewers by packing the meat together.
Grill the kebabs for 3-4 minutes on each side rotating all the way.
For the Cheese Sauce
Put all the ingredients in small saucepan and heat over medium-low heat.
Stir until the cheese is melted and everything is combined.
Remove the saucepan from heat and drizzle the sauce over kebabs or use as a dipping sauce.
Garnish the kebabs with extra sour cream, sriracha, cilantro, and limes.
