Keto Gift Guide

This Keto Gift Guide is focused on the keto kitchen! Having a well-stocked kitchen and the right equipment is essentially all you need to master keto cooking.

Keto cooking doesn’t require fancy equipment.

But you do need a few basics, which would be perfect gifts for any of your keto friends.

Green Pan Nonstick Cookware Set

1. Green Pan Nonstick Cookware Set

We love Green Pan skillets and pots and use them in our own kitchens!

GreenPan makes healthy ceramic non-stick cookware that doesn’t contain any toxic chemicals or pollutants and is easy to use and clean.  The cookware is manufactured without PFAS, PFOA, lead, and cadmium, which is extremely important.

This set includes 2 skillets, 2 saucepans with lid, a steamer basket, a 5 quart casserole with lid, and 3 Bamboo utensils. It is the perfect set to get you cooking without toxins in the new year!

Handheld Frother

2. Handheld Frother

This is the one item we CANNOT live without! We use it everyday when making our creamy coffee or matcha lattes.

We have also been known to carry one in our purse!

This frother is less than $10 and blends together and “frothes” any type of milk in 15-20 seconds. It is also perfect to blend collagen and healthy fats (like coconut oil, ghee, or grass-fed butter) into a coffee.

If you don't have one, get one immediately!!

Classic French Press3. Classic French Press

There is nothing better than freshly made French Press Coffee.

And while coffee is the primary purpose of a French Press, you can also use it to strain juice, tea, frothed milk, hot chocolate and more.

This one is made of glass and 100% BPA free, plus it is a beautiful copper color that will look great on display in your kitchen.

Glass Mixing Bowls

4. Glass Mixing Bowls

Everyone should have a set of glass bowls of varying sizes.

They are used for baking, making sauces and dressings, serving salad, or storing leftovers.

These glass bowls are perfect for making our most popular recipe – Keto Zucchini Bread Whoopie Pies!

Here is a video that shows exactly how to make them!

This set includes 10 bowls that are dishwasher safe and stack-able for easier storage.

Stainless Steel Measuring Cups and Spoons

5. Stainless Steel Measuring Cups and Spoons

No more guesswork when cooking!

This complete set of measuring cups and spoons has milliliters (“ml”) and cup sizes clearly engraved on each one so you can quickly identify the right measurement easily and quickly.

Also, the measuring cups and spoons are crafted from food grade 18/8 stainless steel, so they are BPA-free and rust resistant.

The Autoimmune Keto Cookbook

6. The Autoimmune Keto Cookbook

Our newest book would make the perfect gift!!!

The Autoimmune Keto Cookbook takes a keto, AIP-friendly approach to relieving autoimmune disease symptoms and improving overall well-being.

We both healed our bodies and respective autoimmune diseases with our Autoimmune Keto approach and we can't wait to share the exact way we did it with you!

Eco-friendly Natural Bamboo Utensil Set

7. Eco-friendly Natural Bamboo Utensil Set

These bamboo utensils are thick, strong and sturdy that have NO TOXIC, SYNTHETIC or PLASTIC CHEMICALS.

Feel good about cooking in a more healthful way, as these bamboo spoons and spatulas are an eco-friendly alternative that do not leach toxic chemicals into your food while cooking like other types of utensils do.

They are also non-scratch and and safe to use in skillets and other cookware.

We recommend only using wooden bamboo utensils in the Green Pan cookware above.

Vitamix High Speed Blender

8. Vitamix High Speed Blender

This one is a splurge – but so worth the money.

We used to buy the bargain blenders for $30-40, but ended up burning out the motor within a few months.

After going through 10 blenders in a 2 year time frame – we finally gave in and invested in the most trusted blender brand.

Our Vitamix blenders have lasted over 6 years and counting and have survived multiple moves, thousands of smoothies, and tons of batches of cauli-mash, and lots of soups!

This blender is under $300 and has ten variable speeds, which allows you to refine every texture with culinary precision.

KitchenAid Electric Hand Mixer

9. KitchenAid Electric Hand Mixer

We are constantly using an electric hand mixer in our cooking.

This classic KitchenAid model has 5 speeds so it can mix ingredients for a variety of recipes from slowly stirring in chunky ingredients, like nuts or  keto-friendly chocolate chips, at speed one to whipping eggs or heavy cream at speed five.

KitchenAid Stand Mixer

10.  KitchenAid Stand Mixer

If you don't have a stand mixer, get one.

They make keto baking so much easier! Plus, you'll use it over and over again – like if you make our Keto Cinnamon Rolls or Keto Signature Pretzels.

We like this model because it comes with all 3 attachments: the flat beater, the dough hook, and the wire whip and is under $200!
